How long should I allow before an event?

Allow 1–3 business days for processing plus 2–7 days in transit after dispatch. These are separate windows. Leave extra room before a wedding or other time-sensitive plan.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

Delivery is available in the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia. Standard shipping costs $6.99 below a $59 merchandise subtotal; orders of $59 or more receive free shipping.

Will my phone fit?

Compare its full dimensions, including the case, with the bag measurements. Listed dimensions are external, and frames and closures reduce the usable opening. We cannot promise a fit based on a screen-size label. See the Bag Guide.

Does every bag include a shoulder chain?

No. Some styles are designed for hand carrying. Look for the specific carrying details on each product page. We only describe detachable or adjustable straps when that detail is documented.

Are the decorative stones and beads natural gems?

Our embellished bags use decorative materials. Words such as rhinestone, pearl-like or pearlescent describe appearance; they do not indicate precious stones or natural pearls.

Why can a reflective finish look different in person?

Lighting, nearby colors and screen settings affect the appearance of metallic, pearlescent and rhinestone surfaces. Review more than one image where possible.

How do returns work?

Begin within 30 days of delivery and keep the bag unused with its original packaging and included parts. Returns go to Charles Franklin LLC, 23664 Spring Branch Trl, Montgomery, TX 77316. We cover return shipping for a quality issue, incorrect item or transit damage; other return postage is paid by the customer. How should I store an embellished bag?

Store it dry, away from direct sunlight and rough surfaces. Keep beads and metal details from rubbing against delicate clothing. Avoid soaking, solvents and household cleaners. Contact us for guidance on a specific material rather than applying one cleaning method to every bag.
