Our collection

Product pages describe the materials, measurements and included parts available for each bag. Measurements are approximate external dimensions unless stated otherwise. Screens and lighting can change how colors and reflective finishes appear. A photograph does not establish that a particular phone or other item will fit.

Orders & prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Provide accurate contact and address details. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order; if an item or detail cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to resolve it or issue an appropriate refund. We may correct genuine pricing or descriptive errors and will contact you before proceeding with a materially changed order.

Delivery & returns

We serve the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 3–7 days after dispatch. Standard shipping is $6.99 below $59 and free for merchandise subtotals of $59 or more. Read our Shipping Policy for address and tracking details.

Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day return window, item condition and shipping responsibilities. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

Responsible use

Use this website lawfully. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the store or attempt unauthorized access. Keep your account password confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

Content & limitations

The Franklin Evening name, logo and original site content may not be reused commercially without permission. Links to other sites are provided for convenience. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses from website interruptions or misuse. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
