Shipping Policy

Our delivery service covers the contiguous 48 United States, including the District of Columbia. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military postal regions are outside our delivery area.

Timing your order

Order processing takes 1–3 business days before dispatch. Once dispatched, transit takes 3–7 days. Processing and transit are separate windows; allow for both when choosing a bag for an event. Weekends and holidays can affect processing, and carrier interruptions may affect arrival.

Shipping costs

The threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal before tax. The shipping charge appears in your bag and at checkout after the destination is entered.

After dispatch

We email tracking information when it is available. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier scan. If your tracking stops moving or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant photographs.

Address corrections

Check your street address, apartment or unit, state and ZIP code before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if something needs changing; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.
